Return to God’s Great Design

You were not created to live in confusion, exhaustion, emotional instability, or cycles you can’t break.

That is not your design.

“God is not the author of confusion, but of peace…” — 1 Corinthians 14:33

If your mind is constantly overwhelmed…
If your emotions feel unregulated…
If you feel disconnected from God, even when you’re trying…
If you’re constantly feeling sick or your body never seems to fully recover…

Something is interfering.

This is not just about habits.
This is about what has been influencing your mind, your spirit, and your body… without you even realizing it.

Be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” — Romans 12:2

Break the cycle. Renew your mind. Return to alignment.

This Is Not Random Information

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…”
— Hosea 4:6

This is not something you will read and move on from.

This is a process designed to teach you how to live according to God’s Great Design; so your mind, your body, and your spirit can come back into alignment and function the way they were created to.

Because many people are trying to fix symptoms without ever addressing what’s actually causing them.

This course goes deeper.

You will learn how to identify what has been influencing your thoughts, your emotions, and your decisions; breaking agreement with what has taken root and renewing your mind so you don’t keep repeating the same cycles.

You will learn how to protect your mind and your spirit from influences that lead to confusion, heartbreak, depression, sickness, and instability.

Because what you consume is not just physical.

It is mental.
It is emotional.
It is spiritual.

And it all matters.

You will also detox your body from foods and patterns that have been contributing to inflammation, fatigue, and imbalance; things that are often overlooked but play a role in how you feel physically and how you function daily.

Because your body cannot operate at its best when it is constantly being burdened.

This is about removing what doesn’t belong… and restoring what does.

From there, you will walk through a structured process:

First, renewing your mind and breaking agreement with what has been operating beneath the surface.

Then, stepping into a period of consecration; quieting the noise, removing distractions, and creating space to hear clearly and become intentional.

And finally, entering the 14-day detox; supporting your body while also stepping away from the constant input that has been shaping your thinking.

This is not just about food.

It is about everything you have been consuming.

This is about learning how to live differently; intentionally, aligned, and aware.

Not rushed.
Not skipped.
Not watered down.

Because partial work produces temporary results.

👉 If you’re ready to stop repeating what’s been draining you, confusing you, and keeping you sick; this is where it ends.

This Was Built For the Person Who Knows Something Isn’t Right

You feel it.

You know you weren’t meant to live like this; constantly tired, mentally scattered, emotionally reactive, and spiritually distant.

Your body feels sick, inflamed, and drained more often than it should.

And you’ve tried to fix it.

You’ve changed your habits.
You’ve gotten motivated.
You’ve gone to the doctor.
You’ve started over… again and again.

But nothing holds.

Because the issue isn’t just what you’re doing.

It’s what’s been planted, what’s been agreed with, and what’s been repeated over time.

“Do not give the devil a foothold.”

— Ephesians 4:27

And whether you realized it or not, some doors were opened.

That’s why this hasn’t gone away.

Because this is not just about symptoms.

This is about the root.

This is where you stop managing what’s showing up…
and start dealing with what’s causing it.

What You’ll Experience In

The 21 Day Temple Detox

Renew Your Mind

Your life will not change beyond the level of your thinking.

“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” — Proverbs 23:7

You will learn how to:

  • Discern how your thoughts have been shaped not just by you, but by what you’ve been consistently exposed to

  • Recognize how what you watch, what you listen to, and what you engage with has trained your mind without your permission

  • Understand how hustle culture, comparison, and pressure have kept you striving but never settled

  • Expose the lie that you are not enough and the systems that reinforce it daily

  • Break agreement with thoughts that have quietly become your identity

Guard your mind by becoming intentional about what you allow through your eyes and ears.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” — Proverbs 4:23

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” — Romans 12:2

What you repeatedly consume will shape what you believe.
What you believe will shape how you live.

If your mind is constantly being influenced,
it will be difficult to hear clearly.

And if the mind is not renewed,
nothing else will stay free.

Break Spiritual Strongholds

What starts as a wound… can become a belief.
What becomes a belief… begins to shape how you live.

“We do not wrestle against flesh and blood…” — Ephesians 6:12

Many of your patterns didn’t start with you.
They were formed through what you experienced, what you carried, and what was never healed.

This is where you begin to see it clearly
and stop living from it.

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds…” — 2 Corinthians 10:4

You will learn how to:

  • Recognize how thoughts become footholds, and footholds become strongholds

  • Break agreement with beliefs formed through hurt, rejection, and survival

  • Discern what is yours and what has been shaped through influence and repetition

  • Take authority instead of staying passive in cycles that keep repeating

  • Walk through deliverance and remove what has been operating in your life

  • Use targeted deliverance prayers with intention and clarity

  • Engage in fasting and prayer to break what does not move easily

“This kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” — Matthew 17:21

Restore Your Body

Your body is not separate from your spiritual life.

When you’re overloaded, overstimulated, and constantly fed what drains you, your clarity suffers.

“Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit…” — 1 Corinthians 6:19

You will:

  • Recognize that what you’ve been taught to consume was not designed to sustain you.

  • Understand how spiritual warfare has influenced what is normalized in the food industry; keeping bodies inflamed, tired, and dependent.

  • Remove what has been burdening your system and dulling your clarity

  • Return to eating in a way that supports life, strength, and discipline.

  • Strengthen your body so you are no longer operating from exhaustion, pain, or imbalance.

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy…” — John 10:10

“…I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” — John 10:10

A body that is constantly drained cannot stay disciplined.
A body that is inflamed cannot think clearly.
And a person who is always exhausted will struggle to stand and fight.

This is about more than food.

This is about removing what weakens you
and returning to what strengthens you;
so you can walk in clarity, endurance, and purpose the way you were designed to.
