Familiar Spirits and Monitoring Spirits: Why You Keep Getting Pulled Back Into the Same Cycles

There are patterns in people’s lives that go beyond coincidence. The same types of relationships. The same emotional breakdowns. The same thoughts showing up at the same time. Father God, I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. I acknowledge You as my Lord, my authority, and my covering. I repent for anything in my life that has opened the door to spiritual influence, knowingly or unknowingly. I repent for every agreement I have made with lies, fear, rejection, insecurity, perversion, confusion, and anything that is not from You. I renounce it now in Jesus’ name.

I break every agreement with familiar spirits that have been operating through patterns, cycles, and repeated situations in my life. I break every connection to what has kept me bound, what has kept me returning to the same places, the same people, and the same outcomes that have been draining me. I declare that those agreements are cancelled right now by the authority of Jesus Christ.

I come against every monitoring spirit that has been observing, tracking, or influencing my life through what has been exposed, what has been spoken, and what has been allowed. Every spirit that has gathered information to use against me, I command you to be cut off and removed in the name of Jesus. You have no more access. You have no more authority. You are not permitted to operate in my life any longer.

I break every cycle of depression, anxiety, confusion, emotional instability, and self-destructive thinking that has been reinforced through these influences. I reject every thought that is not from God. I reject every voice that has been leading me away from truth. I declare that my mind belongs to Christ, and I will no longer be led by what has been familiar; I will be led by what is true.

I close every door that has been opened through my eyes and my ears. I renounce anything I have watched, listened to, entertained, or engaged with that has given the enemy access to my mind and my life. I take responsibility for what I have allowed, and I remove that access now in Jesus’ name.

Holy Spirit, I invite You in. Fill every place that has been occupied by anything not from You. Restore my mind. Renew my thinking. Strengthen my discernment so I can recognize what is from You and what is not. Teach me how to guard what I allow in, and give me the discipline to walk in it daily.

I declare that I am no longer bound to what has been familiar. I am no longer trapped in cycles. I am no longer under the influence of anything that is not from God. I belong to Jesus Christ, and I walk in His authority, His truth, and His freedom.
