“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…”
— Hosea 4:6
Return to God’s Great Design
You were not created to live in confusion, exhaustion, emotional instability, or cycles you can’t break.
You were not created to constantly feel sick, tired, drained, inflamed, depressed, and anxious either.
That is not your design.
“God is not the author of confusion, but of peace…” — 1 Corinthians 14:33
If your mind is constantly overwhelmed…
If your emotions feel unregulated…
If you feel disconnected from God, even when you’re trying…
If you’re constantly feeling sick or your body never seems to fully recover…
Something is interfering.
This is not just about habits.
This is about what has been influencing your mind, your spirit, and your body… without you even realizing it.
“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” — Romans 12:2

Break the cycle. Renew your mind. Return to alignment.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…”
— Hosea 4:6
This is a faith-based process designed to teach you how to live according to God’s Great Design; aligning your spiritual life with your physical health so it can function the way God designed.
You will learn how to identify what has been influencing your thoughts, your emotions, and your decisions; breaking agreement with what has taken root and renewing your mind so you don’t keep repeating the same cycles.
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”
— Romans 12:2 (NKJV)
In today’s world, much of what is normalized in the food industry has shifted away from what truly supports the body, gradually shifting you away from how God designed you to live. What we consume daily can either strengthen us or slowly work against us.
Scripture reminds us that “the thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy…” — John 10:10. In many ways, this shows up through what weakens the body, clouds the mind, and keeps people in cycles of sickness and fatigue.
This is about becoming aware of what you’re allowing into your body and choosing what supports life, strength, and alignment with God’s design.
👉 If you’re ready to stop repeating what’s been draining you, confusing you, and keeping you sick; this is where it ends.
This Was Built For the Person Who Knows Something Isn’t Right
You feel it.
You know you weren’t meant to live like this; constantly tired, mentally scattered, emotionally reactive, and spiritually distant.
Your body feels sick, inflamed, and drained more often than it should.
And you’ve tried to fix it.
You’ve changed your habits.
You’ve gotten motivated.
You’ve gone to the doctor.
You’ve started over… again and again.
But nothing holds.
Because the issue isn’t just what you’re doing.
It’s what’s been planted, what’s been agreed with, and what’s been repeated over time.
“Do not give the devil a foothold.”
— Ephesians 4:27
And whether you realized it or not, some doors were opened.
That’s why this hasn’t gone away.
Because this is not just about symptoms.
This is about the root.
This is where you stop managing what’s showing up…
and start dealing with what’s causing it.
What You’ll Experience In
The 21 Day Temple Detox
Renew Your Mind
Your life will not change beyond the level of your thinking.
“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” — Proverbs 23:7
2. Break Spiritual Strongholds
What starts as a wound… can become a belief.
What becomes a belief… begins to shape how you live.
“We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces…” — Ephesians 6:12
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds…” — 2 Corinthians 10:4
3. Restore Your Body
Your body is not separate from your spiritual life.
When you’re overloaded, overstimulated, and constantly fed foods that drain you, your clarity suffers.
“Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit…” — 1 Corinthians 6:19
